Priprema

1. U tavi, na ulju ispržimo ustinjeni luk da požuti i dodamo na komadiće narezane želuce. Dodamo i stino narezanu zelenu papriku i začinimo.

2. Prelijemo sa malo vode i pokriveno pirjamo otprilike 1h, u međuvremenu više puta promiješamo. Kada želuci omekšaju, u sos ulijemo još 2 kašike kiselog vrhnja i promiješamo.
