Preparation process

  1. Mix the prepared taco seasoning mix, two tablespoons of sunflower oil, and the juice of half a lime with the chicken. Let the meat marinate for at least 20 minutes. Meanwhile, cook the rice according to package instructions.

  2. Sauté the chicken in an oiled pan, then remove it from the pan. In the same pan, add chopped onion and pepper slices and sauté for 3 to 4 minutes. Once cooled slightly, cut the chicken into smaller pieces.

  3. Arrange the rice, chicken, and vegetables in a bowl and add additional toppings of your choice. For extra freshness, serve with guacamole sauce.

GUACAMOLE SAUCE

You can use store-bought sauce or make a simplified version by mashing avocado with a little lime juice, salt, and chili.
