Pirinač sa piletinom i tikvicama

Postupak pripreme

Tikvicu isecite na kockice i propržite u podmazanom tiganju dok ne porumene. Stavite ih na tanjir i posolite. U istom tiganju propržite pileće grudi isečene na kockice, seckani crni luk i beli luk. Posolite i dodajte pirinač, koji treba pržiti  sve dok ne dobije staklenu boju.

Prelijte pirinač kutlačom vrelog bujona i dinstajte sve dok pirinač ne upije svu vodu. Ponovo sipajte osnovicu za supu kutlačom i promešajte. Ponavljajte postupak sve dok pirinač ne omekša.

Na kraju dodajte smrznuti grašak, biber, timijan, koricu limuna, dodajte pečene tikvice i veliku kašiku maslaca. Dobro promešajte da dobijete kremasti rižoto i poslužite što pre.
